What We Do

We've been building apps for iOS and Android devices for the last five years. We’ve worked on dozens of apps being used by millions of people around the world. We know the pitfalls of development and can help you avoid them. Whether you want to build something from scratch, port your app from iOS to Android (or vice versa) or accelerate your velocity, we will help.

How We Work

Our goal is to work with your company and team to make sure you get exactly what you need. We’ve worked with large companies and enterprise clients as well as tiny startups. Here’s a general overview of our process. If you need to get going quickly, we’re able to go from first email to engineer in the codebase in less than a week and launch apps in under a month.

Our Process

First Meeting

Our goal with the first meeting is to figure out how to work together. There are questions that can only be answered in person. This can be as casual as coffee anywhere in Silicon Valley or a video conference at odd hours.

Plan of Action

Next, we will work with you to come up with a plan that works with your company and budget. We will figure out what we are going to build together and a timeline to deliver results. We offer simple, straightforward contracts to protect your interests.

Bootstrap

Once we have the paperwork figured out, we get up to speed on the existing codebase and figure out how best to integrate with your project infrastructure and team. Then, we’re off to the races building/improving your app!

Building

We are on email/slack whenever you need and you can directly contact our engineers. We have our own code review/QA process, but if you have specific standards or style guides we’ll work with your system. We like to do a progress meeting every two weeks and ideally once a week.

Ship Often

We believe in shipping sooner rather than later. This means that even if it’s not public, we’ll help you set up your app for release on the app store, allowing you to start testing your new product internally as soon as possible.

Support

Getting your product on mobile is the first step in the journey. We’re here to help with anything you need, whether it’s analytics, crash reporting, testing or transitioning the code base for your core engineering team.
