Saint Haven’s story began with a mother looking to provide her children an alternative clothing for their sensitive skin. Discovering that there wasn’t a product on the market that catered to what she was in search of for her children, Saint Haven was formed. Saint Haven’s goal is to incorporate the highest quality fabrics/materials that are least harsh on children’s skin while remaining affordable for everyday families.
Having secured a round of seed funding, the founder of Saint Haven was in search of someone to bring her vision to life. First, she worked with Character, a design agency to build out the web design and help clarify the vision of the product. Next, she found a source of quality material and worked on the supply chain. Now she just needed a way to reach end customers, which is where QuarkWorks came in.
First, we built a web frontend on top of Shopify to provide access to different kinds of clothing. By adding custom backend integrations to connect with DHL, the app was able to manage inventory remotely using a remote warehouse. Then, we implemented custom payment options in order to allow different ways for people to try the products as a service. Finally, we did a bunch of work with search engine optimization and product analytics in general in order to get the site in front of as many eyeballs as possible and make sure the purchase funnels were working smoothly.

Saint Haven launched their product, garnering an early following with expressed interest from celebrities like Jessica Alba and Kim Kardashian. They have delivered on their goal of providing affordable access to clothing for people with sensitive skin!
